Kwangtung. Kuang-hsu silver Specimen 20 Cents ND (1890-1908) SP64 PCGS, Guangzhou (Canton) mint, KM-Y201, L&M-135, Kann-28. Well struck, with lustrous, brilliant white surfaces. The fields are nicely mirrored and the surfaces exhibit only a few small marks. As you will read further in descriptions of larger denominations of this corrected design Specimen, this type was the first generally accepted design of coins from the mint in Kwangtung following two unaccepted designs in 1889.
