ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟ-Υ Naked jockey riding to right; below, Λ above torch and YE monogram. Dembski 975-976 var. Le Rider pl. 47, 21. SNG ANS 788-93. With a curious legend break. About very fine.

This coin is a perfect example of the prototype on which the vast majority of all the later imitations of Philip II's tetradrachms were based.
