KINGS OF MACEDON. Philip II, 359-336 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 14.41 g, 12 h), Amphipolis, 348/7-343/2. Laureate head of Zeus to right. Rev. ΦΙΛΙΠ-ΠΟΥ Jockey, holding palm branch and reins, riding horse to right; below to right, rose. Le Rider 213b (D101/R181) this coin. Toned, clear and attractive. Very fine.
