THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 450/40-420 BC. Drachm (Silver, 21 mm, 5.99 g, 8 h). Thessalos, with petasos and chlamys hanging around his neck, restraining bull charging to left. Rev. ΛΑPI-ΣAIA Bridled horse leaping to right. BCD Thessaly I 1128. BCD Thessaly II 174-175. Lightly toned and struck on a broad flan. Very fine.
