AΓPIΠΠINA CЄBA[CTH], draped bust of Agrippina Junior right, wearing wreath of grain ears / Modius between two torches; [L I] Γ (date) in exergue. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 181; K&G 13.5; RPC I 5196; Emmett 105.13 (R4); Staffieri, Alexandria In Nummis 12 (this coin). Good VF, attractive reddish brown patina with traces of green. Very rare.

Continuing Agrippina's assimilation to Euthenia, a modius (kalathos), another symbol of the Nile's fertility and prosperity, is depicted on the reverse of this very rare obol.
