D И HOИOR I VS P E ΛVC, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Latin cross pattée within wreath with large central jewel; COIIOB. Cf. RIC X 3722 (for type, but in name of Valentinian II); cf. Reinhart 48 (same); cf. MEC 172 (same); Bertolami-ACR 37, lot 738 = Astarte XXII, lot 198. EF, traces of die rust, scratch in reverse field. Extremely rare.
