Attic Red-Figure Kalpis Attributed to the Harrow Painter; ca. 470 BC. A wonderful piece depicting a domestic scene, possibly of a high class courtesan, or hetaira, entertaining two competing suitors. The woman holds a mirror and is seated centrally, flanked by her suitors and a dog to her backside.
