Attic Red-Figure Lekanis; ca. 375-350 BC. Attributed to the Otchet Group. A beautiful deep lidded vessel with wide foot and twin handles at the side. The body decorated in large laurel leaf motif with a band of ovolo above. The lid intricately done in a domestic scene featuring repeated winged Eros approaching a draped woman seated on a stool, between them a chest, scarf, and large alabastron.
