D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, helmeted, diademed and cuirassed facing bust of Theodosius, head turned slightly right, holding spear over right shoulder and shield with horseman motif on left arm / VOT XXX MVLT XXXX, Constantinopolis seated left, holding cross on globe in right hand and scepter in left, star in right field; Θ//CONOB. Deeply struck, with a rather more pleasant "face" than usual for these proto-Byzantine issues.
