Napoleon III gold 100 Francs 1863-BB MS62 PCGS, Strasbourg mint, KM802.2, Gad-1136. Mintage: 5,078. Elusive as a date, and especially so at this level of Mint State, with this MS62 being the finest example we've offered. Interestingly, the reported mintage figure of 3,745 coins in the Standard Catalog of World Coins is likely inaccurate for this date, as it is known that 1,333 100 franc coins were minted the following year in Strasbourg, yet no examples of the 1864 date are known, making it likely those coins were also dated 1863.
