Prussia. Wilhelm II gold Proof 20 Mark 1905-A PR64 Ultra Cameo NGC, Berlin mint, KM521, Fr-3831. Starkly frosted, with highly mirrored fields. While there are two others coins at the PR64 at NGC, this is the only one with an Ultra Cameo designation. And while there is one example graded PR67 Cameo, which obviously possesses a higher numerical grade, this is the highest graded Ultra Cameo example. In that respect, one could argue that it is the finest (though not "highest") graded example seen by NGC.
