Republic copper-nickel Specimen 10 Pence 1973 SP67 PCGS, Birmingham mint, KM23. A raised rim on the reverse is one of the characteristics of this razor sharp striking of the type. Close examination reveals that this piece is not a normal "regular issue" strike, but is obviously a special strike for the issue. Very rare and the only Specimen of this issue we have seen.
