Alexander I Poltina (1/2 Rouble) 1813 CПБ-ПC MS62 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-C129, Bit-146, wide crown. Obv. Crowned double-headed eagle with orb and scepter. Rev. Crowned four-line inscription within wreath. Well struck, with light russet patina over full underlying luster. Only a few very minor marks are noted. Very scarce in Mint State.
