2) Penny - PR66 Red and Brown PCGS, KM23
Melbourne mint. Mintage: 100 each. An exquisitely lustrous and brilliant duo of proof issues, each being one of only 100 minted. These two gems are each the finest graded by either service, though the 1/2 Penny is only technically the finest, as NGC has certified one other PR66, but it is merely 'Brown.' The full 'Red' designation of our example is clearly a cut above in terms of collector appeal.
