Naples & Sicily. Ferdinand I "Large Head" 120 Grana 1818 AU53 PCGS, KM281. Large head variety. There is flan flaw right after the work "SICILIA" which shows up on the reverse as well. Some flatness exists with trace adjustment marks as well but this denomination is difficult find in any grade and a good amount of luster makes an appearance.
