Cuba Banco Central de Cuba Double Denomination Error 50/100 Pesos 2001 Pick 119. The second example of this note we have featured, both with the 311030 serial number, but different BC-09 block number. The earlier BC-06 block note realized $8,812.50 in 2015. A rare double denomination error where a 50 Peso face was printed on a 100 Peso back. Double denominations in the world paper money field are truly rare. This is proven by the fact that the World Paper Money Errors reference by Morland C. Fischer uses a piece of Notgeld to illustrate this type of error. Also in that reference, the double denomination error was not given its own multi-page chapter, ending up in the miscellaneous category.
