Mali Banque Centrale du Mali 10000 Francs ND (1970-84) Pick 15a. This is one of the scarcer signature varieties for this particular Pick number, with PMG having graded only two other examples. There is a small amount of handling at the upper right corner, but any distinct fold is quite difficult to find through the third party holder. A couple of staple holes are well camouflaged in the colorful surfaces of this lovely example which PMG has graded About Uncirculated 55. HID08701242017
