Head of Tigranes right wearing armenian tiara / [ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ] / [ΤΙ]ΓΡΑΝ[ΟΥ], titles vertically downward to right and left of Tyche of Antioch seated right holding palm-branch; at her feet swims river-god Orontes.
