Artuqids of Mardin. Husam al-Din Yuluq Arslan. A.H. 580-597 = A.D. 1184-1201. AE 33 fals (32.64 mm, 12.31 g, 12 h). struck ca. A.H. 586 = A.D. 1190. (Husam al-Din Malik Diyarbakr) in late Kufic, 2:00-11:00, large diademed Roman-style male head on right facing left, hair dishevelled; on left, smaller crowned Byzantine-style bust facing, wearing chlamys / (al-Malik al-Nasir / Salah al-Din / Muhiyy dawla (sic.) / Amir al-mu'minin; to right vertically upward, Yusuf; to left, bin Ayyub vertically downward), legend in late Kufic in four lines continuing in the right and left fields.
