A second issued note from this inspiring series by the American Bank Note Company. Written serial number and complete interest overprint on the back dated 1864. Central vignette of Tropics was used in several variations and observed on period American notes and Hawaii Pick 3 type. Green guilloche and "V" protectors. Engraved signatures. The margins are a little close at the side, but an outstanding Colombian note. PMG Choice Very Fine 35.
