A stunning issued note from this Cartagena bank. Like many issued notes from the collection, perhaps the finest known or maybe the best looking. The Hamilton Bank Note Co. engraved details are quite distinctive. The technical grade is spot on, however the glorious color and sharp signatures on both sides are clearly seen within the vibrant colors. Difficult to imagine an example with superior eye appeal to this one. PMG Very Fine 30.
