This is the first of an amazing trio of 1900 Provisional notes overprinted on the Banco de Buga. The host notes are very rare and these Provisionals are equally so. Colorful green overprint and special back printing. Some faults with splits and two small punch hole cancels. PMG Choice Fine 15.
