An exceptional 1899 Provisional issue overprinted on a Perkins, Bacon & Co. May 1, 1873 printed host note (P-S284). The face style is similar to the 1 Peso, but with full green printing and back. Punch hole cancelled four times away from printed portions. Another show stopper. PMG Very Fine 25.
