A second rare 1899 Provisional note overprinted on an American Bank Note Co. printed Banco Hipotecario host remainder note (P-S512). Green tint and back are very vibrant. Seated Agriculture in the main vignette at left. The smaller profile vignette with horses was used on several American obsolete notes. Punch hole cancelled and previously mounted are noted. PMG Very Fine 30.
