These Cartagena notes were circulating bonds paying 4% and were created from the same "Law 24 of 1905" used to authorize the Banco de Dugand notes. Larger format, first series note. There were 100,000 notes authorized in the sole printing of October 1918. No series. Green frame and central printing. Identical face with standing allegorical female with globe. Each side with interest punch-out dates. Green back with legal clauses. A choice pair of India paper impressions. Uncirculated.
