COLOMBIA. Casa de Moneda de Medellín. 2 ½ Pesos. May 1, 1920. P-S1026Ap. Archival Record Book Face Proof. Uncirculated.
This is a great rarity and a key example. Individual proofs or specimens were not in the 1990 ABN sale. The notes were printed once with 1,000,000 authorized in March 1920. Perhaps, these were never released. No series. Common face style like the preceding, but without a tint. Allegorical vignette in center. A choice example and another important specialized proof from this record book. Uncirculated.
From the Eldorado Collection of Colombian Paper Money.
Estimate: $750.00- $1500.00
