This is very rare in bond paper, specimen note format, but it has a wide mounting remnant on the back. The only specimen example in the 1990 ABN sale Lot 752. There is red pen notation on the face, not noted. Previously mounted and pinholes are mentioned by PMG. PMG About Uncirculated 50 Net.
