CANADA. Six Piece Matte Specimen Set, 1937.
KM-SS33. According to KM this set has a mintage of only 1,025 sets, but this also includes the mintage of the four-piece mirror sets. Clearly the mintage figure on these sets is much lower. Overall, a very nice looking evenly matched set. The silvers have an attractive deep blue tone, the nickel is brilliant and the copper is lightly toned with nearly full mint bloom. All are graded by NGC, the 5 Cents and 25 Cents are SP-66 with the remaining SP-65. NGC SP-65(4) & SP-66(2).
