Gad-232.P2; KM-unlisted. VERY RARE with a reported mintage of only 15 pieces. Gold piéfort of the Pantheon 100 francs (KM 951). Noted in Gadoury as 53.7 gms, .920 fine gold. Sharply struck as would be expected being a proof piefort with hard flashy surfaces with stark contrast to the frosted devices. Light haziness on reverse otherwise free of tone or fog. NGC PROOF-67 ULTRA CAMEO.
