GREAT BRITAIN. Dollar, ND (1797). George III (1760-1820). PCGS Genuine--Rim Damage, AU Details Secure Holder.
S-3765A; KM-627. Oval countermark of George III on a colonial Chile 8 Reales, 1794-So DA, VERY RARE host coin. Overall a handsome coin with even gray toning. The "Rim Damage" noted on the label is a test cut on the rim near the "So" mintmark, obscured by the holder. Attractive grey tone with a blue sheen in the peripheries of the obverse. A pleasant and presentable example despite the noted details designation. PCGS Genuine--Rim Damage, AU Details Secure Holder.
Estimate: $1200.00- $1600.00
