KM-4. Tied for finest certified with one other example at NGC, none graded mint state at PCGS. RARE in this state of preservation. Far better strike than normally seen for this issue with clear definition of the design features. Bright and lustrous with lovely satiny surfaces, though parts of the legend are slightly reflective. Remnants of planchet adjustments on the obverse mentioned for accuracy. NGC MS-62.
