KM-172. Tied for finest certified of the date at NGC with three other examples, none finer. RARE in this state of preservation. Sharply struck as would be expected being a San Francisco mint product with a nice cartwheel effect. Attractive deep mottled tone on the obverse while the reverse displays a more even grey with lovely blue highlights amongst the devices when tilted. NGC MS-65.
