CH# 2451004. A very rare design and one of only two certified by PMG, this being the finer. Some even wear throughout with a mention of a tear in the comments section which can be located in the bottom right of the design just grazing the right portrait. Allegorical woman seated at center. A manuscript signature in the left side of the panel with M.H. Gault's plated signature at right. A note retaining great detail for the grade. PMG Fine 12.
