(BI.105) This challenging note is one that is often seen in much lower grades with several problems. This note is completely the opposite in a highly attractive EF grade with even circulation. Embossed serial numbers are seen along with crisp detail of the entire design. Nice centering also add to the appeal. Internal tears and repairs in the left and right margin noted on the holder. Of the mere 3 pieces certified by PMG, the finest they have certified is a VF 30. Both this lot and the lot after which runs consecutive in serial number, are much nicer than that. HIGHLY scarce this nice. PCGS Extremely Fine 45.
