A fully original and lightly circulated note from 1903 when the United States took over the Philippine Islands. These silver certs are always sought after and this is among one of the finest graded. Only two pieces are graded in finer condition, but only one of the two has an EPQ designation as most of these pieces are problematic. PMG Extremely Fine 40 EPQ.
