To the right of center is a female portrait. 4 poc's in the signature panel. Guilloche protectors surrounding the obligations. Geometric pattern surrounding the sole '400' obligation on the reverse. Printer's annotation on top margin of reverse with tiny pinholes to the left of it we mention for accuracy.
