Fr-23; KM-54; Cal-Type 17 #172. Transitional bust type with the bust of Charles III, regnal title of Charles IV, with ordinal as "IIII". The noted defect of "Graffiti" seems to be referring to several light scratches just below "ET" on the obverse. Well struck with nice details of the design features. Attractive honey-gold tone throughout with highlights of orange amongst the devices and cobalt around the last portion of the obverse legend. A lovely example despite the details designation.
