"five Kopeks" in Russian, crown above crowned Russian Imperial double-eagle facing, scepter and globus cruciger in talons, denomination in Russian on banner at bottom / 17 - 61, date in field to left and right of crowned monogram for - all within wreath of laurel and fir.
