Saloninus, as Caesar, AR Antoninianus. Rome, AD 253-260. SALON VALERIANVS CAES, radiate and draped bust right / DEO VOLKANO, Vulcan standing left within tetrastyle temple, holding hammer in his right hand and tongs in his left. Unpublished in the standard references; cf. C.50, MIR 884 and RIC 5 (for the reverse type, in the name of Valerian I); cf. also Obolos 6, 884 for similar hybrid with a Salonina obverse 3.08g, 23mm, 1h.
