KINGS of MACEDON. temp. Antigonos I Monophthalmos – Lysimachos. Circa 310-280 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26.5mm, 16.83 g, 1h). In the name and types of Alexander III. Uncertain mint in western Asia Minor. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram in left field. Price 4062 (Uncertain mint). Near EF, slight die shift on obverse. Extremely rare, Price notes only a piece in The Hague, none in Pella or CoinArchives.
