Charioteer, holding kentron and reins, driving fast quadriga left; above, Nike flying right, crowning charioteer with wreath; RŠM[LQRT] (in Punic, = "Raš Melqart") in exergue / Wreathed head of Arethousa right; three dolphins swimming around.
