Iraq Government of Iraq 1/4 Dinar 1931 (1942) Pick 16a. The first portrait of King Faisal II, who took the throne at the young age of 4, is seen on this smallest denomination. These Bradbury Wilkinson notes were supplemented at the time of circulation by notes printed in India, as World War II made the logistics of transporting banknotes from Europe to the Middle East very difficult.
