Divus Augustus. Died AD 14. Æ Sestertius (34mm, 25.79 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Tiberius, AD 22-23. Augustus, radiate, seated left, feet on stool, holding laurel branch and scepter; altar before / Legend around large S • C. RIC I 49 (Tiberius). VF, brown and red surfaces, a river coin with areas of minor roughness, some scratches on obverse. Rare.
