IOҺA NNЄS RЄ X, crowned facing bust, holding cruciform scepter; rosette to right; all within triangle / + ROBЄ + RD ON + DIVЄ, pinwheel (sun) within crescent moon; three stars around; all within triangle; three crosses pattée around legend.
