Republic Four-piece Matte Proof Set 1953, brass 1 Centavo KM26; silver 25 Centavos KM27; silver 50 Centavos KM28; and silver Peso KM29, all are Matte Proof 63 NGC. An amazing set, with each piece heavily frosted from the mint process that leaves the surfaces with a matte appearance. The individual coins are very rare, and a complete set is extremely rare. We are not aware of a set being offered in approximately 15 years.
