Charles II hammered gold Double Crown ND (1660-62), S-3302, 1st Issue without mark of value, XF45 NGC, only light wear, an appealing example of this seldom-seen coin, a small annealing flaw behind the king's bust but the portrait itself is pleasing, as are the legends and reverse shield, no abuse or even noticeable marks, and the color is a lovely, well-set golden yellowish red in hue.
