George IV gold £2 1823, S-3798, KM690, Large Bare Head, MS62 NGC, lovely bright satiny luster and bold strike, a pleasing example of this one-year type, the denomination seldom struck for commerce (no other £2 was coined for use as money until 1887). The raised lettered edge is also very bold in detail. Scarce and appealing!
