Islamic Republic gold 5 Azadis AH1358 (1979), KM1242, MS63 NGC, fully lustrous and very attractive. This gold series was minted in 1979 shortly after the fall of the Shah. Estimates of the actual mintages vary widely, but very few were struck of the 2 1/2 and 5 Azadis denominations.
