DC-13a $1 1898 PMG Very Fine 25. An evenly circulated and attractive Series B example of the scarcer variety with the "ONEs" curved inward on the back. Portraits of the Countess and Earl of Aberdeen are seen flanking the vignette of a log drive on the Canadian river on the face. Our estimate might appear aggressive here, however, this note is markedly nicer than the PMG 25 and PMG 30 that we recently offered. In fact, it is much closer in fresh and attractive appearance to the 35 EPQ we offered in 2015 for $1,410. From the Yuri Solovey Collection of Canada HID08701242017
