DC-20 $1000 3.1.1911 Face Proof PCGS Very Choice New 64. A gorgeous high denomination face proof from the Dominion of Canada's 1911 series. Regular issued notes from this series are extremely rare with only two examples of the $1000 denomination known to have survived from a original printing of 34,000; with one of those being held in an institutional collection. This lovely face proof featuring the portrait of King George V is mounted on cardstock and has eight POCs. Highly desirable and would make a great addition to any collection.
